In continuation to the Exchange’s Notice no. 20190903-37 dated September 3, 2019, Notice no. 20200303-40 dated March 03, 2020 Exchange had identified the companies which have failed to pay outstanding annual listing fees as per Regulation 14 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015.
