“Had to learn to walk again…” Sailor Abhilash Tomy after finishing 2nd in Golden Globe Race

Indian Navy Retired Commander Abhilash Tomy finished second in the Golden Globe Race 2022, a solo around-the-world yacht race. Golden Globe Race, is one of the most dangerous and craziest of adventures. Commander Tomy in 2018 suffered a spinal injury at the sea after the yacht he was sailing in got stuck in a storm. Tomy defied death even after being stranded halfway between Australia and South Africa.
