Ghaziabad: 10 youths come to blows over parking of bike in Indirapuram, 3 arrested

GHAZIABAD: More than 10 youths were found fighting in a gated residential area in Indirapuram. Videos of the fight, including CCTV footage, have gone viral on social media platforms. Police have registered an FIR and arrested three people on Wednesday.
A youth can also be seen getting injured in the video after his head collided with an iron gate during the clash. The youths are seen using their slippers, hands and legs in the fight. Police say the fight took place over a parking issue.
According to police, the three accused who have been arrested so far have been identified as Gulshan Tyagi (20), a resident of Khoda, Ashish Tyagi (19) alias Ujjawal, a resident of Makanpur village and Krish Saini (20), a resident Nyay khand-3.
Yogendra Singh, SHO of Indirapuram, said that the video was filmed in the Abhay Khand area and the fight took place on Tuesday evening.
"Saurabh Kumar, a resident of Khoda, had parked his bike in front of the paan shop located near Manglam society. Gulshan had asked him to move his bike and park somewhere else. A heated argument was exchanged between them which soon turned into a fight. Ashish and Krish also came to support Gulshan. A few other boys were also later involved on both sides," Singh said.
The fight was eventually recorded on video by someone and shared on social media platforms. CCTV footage of the fight also went viral.
Taking cognisance of both videos, police arrested three people after identifying the suspects. The accused were then sent to jail under section 151 of the CrPc.
