Pulitzer winner Paul Muldoon to chair TS Eliot Prize 2023

Former TV and radio producer and TS Eliot Prize winner, Paul Muldoon is the Chair of Judges for TS Eliot Prize 2023. Other judges in the panel include Sasha Dugdale and Denise Saul.
The annual award, named after poet TS Eliot, is given to the best poetry collection published in the UK and Ireland.
Muldoon won the TS Eliot Prize in 1994 for his poetry collection 'The Annals of Chile'. He has also won the Pulitzer Prize in Poetry 2003, among others.
"It’s an honour to chair the T S Eliot Prize as it celebrates 30 years of excellence in poetry. I look forward to reading numerous collections, discovering remarkable new voices and rediscovering familiar ones, as I work alongside my distinguished fellow judges Sasha Dugdale and Denise Saul," Muldoon said, as reported by The Bookseller.
Sasha Dugdale is a poet and translator, and she was shortlisted for the TS Eliot Prize in 2020. While, Denise Saul's debut poetry collection titled 'The Room Between Us' was also shortlisted for the T S Eliot Prize in 2022.
The submissions for the award will start in June and it will go on till July 2023. The winner will be given a prize money of £25,000 and each shortlisted poet will receive £1,500.
