Cong will retain power as BJP’s lies won’t work: Khachariyawas

Jaipur: Food and civil supplies minister and Jaipur city district Congress president Pratap Singh Khachariyawas on Wednesday claimed that BJP’s lies and deceit will not work in the coming assembly elections.
Addressing hundreds of Congress workers at the state party office, he said people are crying tears of blood due to inflation, poverty and unemployment in the whole country. “Rahul Gandhi is raising his voice against the Adani scam by becoming the voice of the people of the country. The victory of the Congress in Karnataka has proved that the lies and deceit of the BJP will no longer work,” he added.
Khachariyawas said BJP leaders are trying to confuse people on the issue of electricity and water. “Up to 100 units of electricity have been made free, and 2,000 units have been made free for farmers,” he said, adding that the government will resolve any complaint regarding this. He said around 4 crore people have been registered at the inflation relief camps.
AICC secretary state co-in charge Amrita Dhawan said the party had appointed three co-in charges in Rajasthan to strengthen the organization.
