Shadowfax Technologies is in early talks with Newquest Capital Partners to raise USD 30 million, media reports revealed 

Furthermore, the logistics services provider is seeking a USD 400-450 million valuation.

The company also plans to raise an additional USD 25 million - USD 30 million from existing investors.
