Wexford woman who injured wrist at Spiegeltent concert loses her personal injury claim against promoters

A woman who fractured her wrist after falling on a step between two floor levels in Wexford Spiegeltent while attending a Hudson Taylor concert, lost her personal injury claim for damages at Wexford Circuit Court after Judge Alice Doyle ruled that it was an “unfortunate accident” and there was no negligence on the part of the defendants.
