Arora asks NHAI to make roads on time

Ludhiana: Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora has urged the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) officials to complete the works of ongoing infrastructural projects in Ludhiana in a timely manner, and without any hassle to the public.
Arora said, “About the elevated highway in Ludhiana, it has been assured by Ashok Kumar Rolaniya, NHAI’s project director in Ludhiana, that they are trying their best to complete this project by June end. If there is any spillover, it will go maximum to July, and he has also assured that not only the elevated portion but also the road going below the elevated road will be fully carpeted. He has also assured me that all the machinery and material, not required in further course of construction, will be cleared very soon. This work will bring a lot of relief to the city residents, as far as traffic is concerned.” tnn
