Man killed, son, 25, critical after truck crashes into hut

Varanasi: One Dev Prakash Singh (58) was crushed to death while his son Rahul (25) suffered severe injuries when an uncontrolled truck ran over them after crushing their hut in Sughar Chhapra area on Bairiya road in Ballia district on Sunday early morning.
On getting information, the police reached the spot and arranged crane to remove truck for rescuing Rahul. He was rushed to hospital where his condition was critical.
A cow and a calf of Singh were also killed after coming under the wheels of same truck.
