With reference to our Notice No. 20210930-39, MFIs/MFDs/RIAs/RFDs are hereby informed that we have received communication from AXIS Mutual Fund regarding Revision of limit for subscriptions of units in Axis Small Cap Fund on BSE StAR MF Platform with effect from May 15, 2023.

Further, as intimated by AXIS AMC, Lump sum purchase (Fresh, Additional, Switch In, SIP & STP) shall be accepted only for an amount less than or equal to Rs. 1 crore per investor per day (across all folios).

Members are hereby advised to adhere below investment amount criteria to avoid refund payout.

• Fresh/ additional subscriptions/switch-ins will be allowed/ accepted only for an amount less than or equal to Rs. 1 crore per investor per day (across all folios).

• Fresh/ new registrations through Systematic Investment Plan (“SIP”) or Systematic Transfer Plan (“STP”) or such other special product will be allowed/ accepted wherein the value of per installment would be less than or equal to Rs. 1 crore per investor (across all folios).

• The limit of Rs. 1 crore in Axis Small Cap Fund will be applicable cumulatively on lump sum as well as special products across all folios per investor per day/ per installment.
