Bajrang Dal: Punjab’s Sangrur Court summons Congress chief Kharge in Rs 100 crore defamation case

Sangrur Court on May 15 summoned Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge in a Rs 100 crore 10 lakh defamation case for comparing Bajrang Dal Hind with PFI and other Talibani Organisations.“We have filed a Rs 100 crore 10 lakh defamation case against Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge. During the Karnataka elections, on the 10th page of the manifesto Congress President compared Bajrang Dal Hind with PFI and other Talibani organisations. Congress’s real face has come in front of the people. Discussing with our legal team and advisor Lalit Garg has filed a civil suit after which the court has asked the Congress chief to appear before it on July 10,” he said.
