Soon after winning the Dasarahalli Constituency in the Karnataka Assembly Polls, BJP candidate S Muniraju arrived at former state Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa’s residence to meet him in Bengaluru on May 13. The leader arrived to meet Yediyurappa to take his blessings post the big win. S Muniraju clinched a seat at the Karnataka Assembly Polls out of the 224 constituencies. However, Congress easily bagged the state Assembly Polls by winning the majority of the seats.
