Try cashify, and get it changed it in front of your eyes, they give a warranty for 3 months or so. I got my moms iphone 7 battery changed for 1700/- i think about a year and a half agoLooking to replace my iPhone 7 Plus battery. Anyone who bought good one only may help.

Most shipping companies don’t ship Li batteries as the only content of a package.Check eBay if you plan on doing the replacement yourself. My personal preference would be IFixit but shipping may be expensive unless you use a freight forwarding service.
