NOIDA: A 35-year-old man was found dead with his wrist slit inside a car in Greater Noida on Friday. Police said Tejendra Devara, a resident of Omicron -3, was a software engineer at Wipro. Police suspect it to be a case of suicide.
"We received a call around 6pm on Friday alerting us about a body that was found in a car near Galaxy roundabout. We immediately sent a team to the spot. His wrist was slit. The body has been sent for autopsy," a senior police officer said.
Family members, according to police, said Tejendra was under depression for the past few days. "It seems to be a case of suicide. However, we are scanning the CCTV footage of the area to find out if someone was with him in the car," the police officer said, adding that the family has not filed a complaint so far.
