Girl shot dead in Ranchi

Ranchi: Unidentified criminals shot dead a girl, identified as Nivedita (20), a native of Bihar’s Nawadah district, in front of her hostel under the Argora police station area on Friday evening. The girl was shot near her eyes. She was rushed to the hospital where the doctors declared her brought dead. City SP Subhranshu Jain said that a manhunt has been launched to nab the culprit.
