Vimal Punera scored the easiest victory of his career when he beat Vimal Kumar by first-round knockout in 2020.

In fact, he probably scored the easiest victory any boxer will ever record as his opponent did not fight back at all.

On a small show in Mumbai in December 2020, the two Indian fighters faced off.

Punera emerged from his corner in a traditional boxing stance, while Kumar timidly moved forwards with his hands up, albeit not in a position that actually blocked his face.

As a result, when Punera threw his first jab it landed flush and snapped his head back.

Kumar looked stunned and was then nailed by another jab, followed by a right hook which wobbled him.

Rather than throw back, he stayed in his punchbag-like stance and was hit again, this time with a left hook.

A fifth punch - a big right hook - came in before the referee moved between them.

Punera launched one final left hook which missed and the referee shouted at him to stop boxing.

The referee sent Punera back to his corner and the fight was ended with an official time of just 14 seconds.

Footage of this fight has now emerged on social media, posted by TimBoxeo.

The tweet is captioned: "Vimal Punera with the KO-1 of Vimal Kumar from an off BoxRec bout from the gala on 2021-9-25 in Mumbai India."

In fact, the bout is recorded on BoxRec.

The official record states that it in truth took place on December 12, 2020.

BoxRec also states that Punera has since gone on to build a record of 5-1.

Kumar, unsurprisingly, has not fought since.
