  • Payable June 7; for shareholders of record May 24; ex-div May 23.
  • Additionally, the company plans ongoing quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share starting after the second quarter 2023 first payable in August 2023.
  • The Board has approved a $75 million stock buyback program, representing approx. 14% of market cap on 12th May.
