Sub: SEBI directions w.r.t. listed Shell Companies – List of companies

1.  This is in continuation to Exchange notice no. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017, inter alia, informing about moving the securities of companies mentioned in Annexure II in Stage 6 of Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) w.e.f. August 08, 2017. Further, in accordance with the process communicated to the companies, the companies were advised to submit certain documents / information for the purpose of verification of the credentials / fundamentals of the companies.

2.  However, despite repeated reminders and show cause notices, following company have either not responded or not provided complete requisite information / documents. Therefore, as a next step and as indicated earlier, suspension of trading in the securities of the company is being initiated w.e.f. Monday, May 15, 2023, until further notice:
