MUMBAI: The Parel TT flyover bridge on Babasaheb Ambedkar Road in Parel, near Dadar, was closed on Wednesday and will remain so till May 20 for proposed repair work and to prevent danger, obstruction, and inconvenience to people.
In order to facilitate the smooth movement of traffic during repair work, the road leading to the bridge will be closed for all types of motor vehicles on the Parel TT bridge starting from 11 pm to 6 am, said DCP (South) Gaurav Singh.
The optional route for traffic moving towards Dadar TT from the northbound Dr BA Road will go through the slip road of the Parel TT bridge and the slip road of Hindmata Bridge.
