During the shooting of the film, the celebrities who acted in the film were brought in the car owned by Kavitalaya. The same car came to Kamal's house to pick him up. Srividya who was in the car, when the car reached Kamal's house, they went inside and asked for coffee. Only after the car arrives, Kamal gets up, takes a shower, and leave. Until then, Rajini would be walking here and there at the door of Kamal's house. He is so reluctant to even go inside Kamal's house. There was no one to even ask him to come into the house. Because Rajini was an unknown face at that time. However, Kamal stayed at the door till he left saying that opportunity is important and then he went to the shoot with everyone. Kamal's niece and actress suhasini has told all this in a recent interview.

What pride he has is that even though Rajini is now a big actor, he has acted in the film by waiting at the door of the house where he was staying with his stepfather Kamal and Suhasini's father, which has irritated the superstar's fans. However, some are proud that this is how Rajini rose gradually among the celebrities and now he is growing to the point where he can eat them all.
