Death claims of 221 advocates released

Kanpur: Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Nyas Samiti on Wednesday released death claims of 221 advocates, including 8 advocates from Kanpur and released a total amount of Rs 11,0500000 as their claims. The family member of each deceased advocate will soon receive Rs 5 lakh. General secretary, Lawyers Association Sharad Shukla has appealed to the samiti members to expedite the death claims of advocates so that bereaved families of the deceased advocates could get financial assistance at the earliest. tnn
