TTD to conduct Srinivasa kalyanams across 14 cities in Canada and USA from June 4

TIRUPATI: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is gearing up for the grand conduct of a series of Srinivasa kalyanams across 14 different cities in Canada and the United States of America from June 4.
The richest Hindu temples trust in the world will partner with the Andhra Pradesh non-resident Telugu society (APRNTS) for conducting the Srinivasa kalyanams overseas on a grand note.
It may be recalled that the TTD was forced to suspend the conduct of Srinivasa kalyanams abroad for three years due to the impact of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
However, the temple trust revived the system last year and the celestial wedding of Lord Venkateswara was held at 20 different cities in the USA, UK and the Europe in 2022.
This year the TTD will conduct Srinivasa Kalyanams in 14 different cities in the USA.
TTD chairman YV Subba Reddy along with APNRTS president Venkat S Medapati released Srinivasa Kalyanams schedule poster at Tadepalli on Thursday.
YV Subba Reddy told reporters that the TTD was conducting Srinivasa Kalyanams worldwide in a bid to take Lord Venkateswara to the very doorsteps of the devotees located globally.
