Agave & Rye taco restaurant to open in Centerville this summer

Agave & Rye, a Covington-based restaurant chain that features unique tacos and a long tequila and bourbon list, is coming to Centerville.

The new restaurant at 11 N. Main St. in Centerville will be the chain's 16th location. A grand-opening celebration will be held June 21.

Each Agave & Rye restaurant has a unique aesthetic, and the Centerville spot will honor the city's "culture and history to create a truly personal dining experience," according to a press release.

“For years, we’ve had fans online and in person asking when we’d be expanding throughout Ohio, and it makes us so, so happy to finally be able to announce to all those who have been waiting in Centerville and the Dayton area: ‘We are here! Come and make us your new favorite spot!’” said Yavonne Sarber, co-founder and CEO of Agave & Rye, in a statement.

The Centerville location will seat 150 guests indoors and 100 guests on an outdoor patio. It will also feature new and classic menu items, including the Crown Jewel, a truffle mac and cheese and lobster taco; jalapeno pineapple margaritas; bourbon peach punch; mac and cheese beignets; puffy tacos; birria tacos and more.
