Getty ImagesNEW DELHI: HDFC Bank(Rs. 989.84 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 623.79 crore), Mankind Pharma(Rs. 502.20 crore), Axis Bank(Rs. 449.30 crore), SBI(Rs. 390.21 crore), RIL(Rs. 329.10 crore), IndusInd Bank(Rs. 276.93 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 253.24 crore), Apollo Tyres(Rs. 229.08 crore) and Kotak Bank(Rs. 222.32 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:30AM in Wednesday's session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 13.4 points down at 18252.55, while BSE Sensex was down 49.52 points at 61711.81 as of 10:30AM(IST)on May 10.
In the Nifty index, IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 1.68 per cent), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.38 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 1.18 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 1.11 per cent) and Britannia Industries Ltd.(up 1.06 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, UPL Ltd.(down 1.41 per cent), State Bank of India(down 1.39 per cent), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(down 0.99 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 0.56 per cent) and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 0.53 per cent) were among the top losers.
