The exit poll predictions for the Karnataka assembly elections 2023 point towards a hung assembly in the state. Majority of the exit poll predictions have predicted an edge to the Congress, while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) may lose out. Looking at the major Karnataka Assembly election 2023 exit poll results, the Janata Dal (Secular) or JD(S) is likely to play a kingmaker.
The Republic TV-P MARQ exit poll for the Karnataka Assembly election 2023 has predicted that the BJP would secure 85-100 constituencies, while the Congress is projected to get 94-108 seats. While no party is predicted to cross the majority mark, the JD(S) is likely to bag 24-32 seats, according to the Republic TV-P MARQ exit poll results.
TV9 Bharatvarsh-Polstrat exit poll results show Congress bagging 99-109 seats, while the BJP may have to settle at 88-98 Assembly seats. JD(S), however, is likely to trail and manage to get only 21-26 seats in the Karnataka Assembly election 2023.
Zee News Matrize Agency is the only exit poll agency that has predicted that Congress may be able to cross the majority mark of 113. The grand old party is projected to bag 103-118 seats. BJP, according to Zee News Matrize Agency, is likely to win 79-94 seats.

The voting in high-voltage Karnataka elections came to an end on Wednesday with people coming out in large numbers to exercise their franchise. Like, the previous elections, this year also the state is expected to give a hung Assembly. The major exit polls are predicting that the Congress will get the highest seats, followed by the BJP and the regional JD(S).
