Fatorda: Curtorim Gymkhana delivered an impressive performance in their recent U-15 Second Division League match against Rumdamol Sports Club at the Don Bosco Oratory ground in Fatorda. The final score was 1-9 in favor of Curtorim Gymkhana, with a dominant first half performance setting the tone for the rest of the match.

Anslem Fernandes was the standout player for Curtorim Gymkhana, netting four goals at the 5’, 14’, 18’, and 47’ minute marks. Veneil Fernandes (8’), Floyd Antao (23’, 43’), and Vaughn (35+1’) also scored for the Curtorim side.

Despite a valiant effort from Rumdamol SC, who managed to score a goal through Mohammed Shaikh (58’), the result was never really in doubt.

In another match at the Chichalim Panchayat ground, Patrong SC secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Verna Cultural and Sports Club, with Suraj Naik (3’) scoring the only goal of the match.

At the Nagoa ground, Vasco United FC put on a dominant display against Rising Star, emerging victorious with a scoreline of 9-1.

The Vasco side were in control throughout the match, with Silvestone D’Costa (2’, 66’), Shaikh Arkal (24’, 33’), Ansh Sharne (32’, 69’), Shwan Porado (45’, 58’), and Ronnan De Souza (67’) all getting on the scoresheet. Yuvraj Haldankar (30’) scored the lone goal for Rising Star.

Meanwhile, Davorlim SC and Sirlim SC played out an entertaining 2-2 draw at the Rosary ground in Navelim, with Samuel Colaco (3’) and Desiderio Barreto (68’) scoring for Sirlim SC and Vinayak Bhosle and Sarthak Naik netting goals for Davorlim SC.
