Man from Karnataka found dead at private lodge in Tirupati

TIRUPATI: A 30-year-old man from Mulabagal in Kolar district of Karnataka was found dead under mysterious circumstances at a private lodge in Tirupati on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as N Vinod Kumar.
Vinod Kumar checked-in at a private lodge along with a woman on Tuesday.
On Wednesday morning, when room boys knocked his door on numerous occasions, there was no response from Vinod.
Suspecting that something was wrong, they informed the local police.
When the door to the room was broken in the presence of the police, they found Vinod Kumar's body hanging from the ceiling of the roof.
Tirupati east police shifted the body to the SVRR Government General Hospital for post-mortem and registered a case.
Police have launched a hunt for the woman who was spotted with Vinod Kumar.
