Dhoni and CSK felicitate the Elephant Whisperers
Chennai Super Kings felicitated elephant caregivers Bomman and Bellie and Oscar-winning director Kartiki Gonsalves in Chennai on Tuesday. Captain MS Dhoni presented them with personalised jerseys after a training session. CSK will also present a cheque to the Mudumalai Tiger Conservation Foundation towards the welfare of elephants.
Gonsalves won the Oscar earlier this year for her documentary The Elephant Whisperers in the Best Documentary Short Category, in which Bomman and Bellie are entrusted with the responsibility of taking care of an elephant.
