Chinese loan app case: 1 more held

Chandigarh: The cyber cell of the has police arrested one more person in the Chinese instant loan app case from Delhi, taking the total arrests to 34. These include a Chinese national, chartered accountants and advocates. Police said the accused has been identified as Bharat Kumar Lakhmani, 41, a resident of Karol Bagh, New Delhi. He had allegedly helped Stark, the kingpin of the racket, escape to Nepal.
