A man was killed and another injured in a shooting Monday evening on North Orange Blossom Trail, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said.

The agency has released few details about the killing.

In an unsigned statement, a spokesperson said deputies responded about 5:50 p.m. to an area near Fairview Shores, where they found the two men, one of whom was pronounced dead at the scene. The other man’s injuries were not considered life-threatening.

The agency has not named either man publicly. The statement didn’t indicate if any suspects have been identified.

The investigation continues.
