Registration for degree, diploma pharmacy admissions from today in Gujarat

AHMEDABAD: The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) announced the schedule for admissions to diploma and degree courses on Monday. The registration process will be conducted from May 9 to June 5.
The committee will announce GujCET based provisional merit list on June 12 and the choice-filling round will be held from June 12 to 18. The final merit list based on GujCET score will be announced on June 20.
The merit list for registered candidates of JEE, NEET will be announced after the National Testing Agency declares NEET-UG results.
The committee will declare the first round of seat allotment on June 29, and the first term will begin on July 4, the committee statement said.
Students will have to pay the token fees from June 29 to July 6 to confirm their admissions. There are 7,310 degree course seats and 1,640 diploma course seats available this year.
These include seats in three government colleges, three grant-in-aid colleges and 88 private colleges.
Last year, the committee admitted 6,353 students to degree pharmacy courses and 975 to diploma pharmacy courses.
The statement said that the students from CBSE, ICSE, NIOS and other central boards, whose results are awaited, will have to upload their exam hall tickets to register for admissions.
