Goodyear debuts BTCC ‘Option’ compound at Brands Hatch

At last weekend’s round of the British Touring Car Championship at Brands Hatch, Goodyear reintroduced an ‘Option’ slick compound in response to unanimous requests from drivers and teams. This marks a departure from the provision of a single slick tyre at each round, which has been the practice ever since the championship embraced hybrid power in 2022.
