Twilio forecasts weak Q2 revenue, shares fall

(Reuters) – Twilio Inc on Tuesday forecast second-quarter revenue below estimates, sending the cloud communications platform’s shares tumbling nearly 13% in extended trading.

The company said it expects $980 million to $990 million in revenue, compared with analysts’ average estimate of $1.05 billion, as per Refinitiv data.
