Patna High Court rejected Bihar govt’s appeal: Advocate Dinu Kumar on caste-based survey

Petitioner, Advocate Dinu Kumar on May 09 informed that the Bihar government’s appeal in Patna High Court on the caste-based survey has been rejected. He also further said that no adjournment will be given to the case. While speaking to ANI, Dinu Kumar said, “The High Court has rejected the appeal and has given clear directions that a hearing will be held from July 03 and no adjournment will be given.”
