City sees 39 new cases, positivity rate 3.5% now

Gurgaon: The city reported 39 new Covid cases on Sunday, while the positivity rate was recorded at 3.5%.
With the daily cases dropping, new hospitalisations have also come down.
At present, the city has 854 active cases, of which 26 patients are hospitalised. A total of 1,110 samples were collected in the last 24 hours.
In the city, April saw 8,979 Covid cases as compared to 584 in March and 54 in February. A total of 1,034 patients have died of Covid in Gurgaon so far.
Meanwhile, Haryana reported 66 cases on Sunday, taking the state’s count of active infections to 1,413 with a positivity rate of 1.24%.
The health authorities collected 4,189 samples. TNN
