    Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

    NEW DELHI: Shares of Jai Balaji Inds, Kirloskar Elec, Inox Wind Energy Ltd., RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd. and Mohini Health & Hygi, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

    Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 195.4 points up at 18264.4 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

    However, stocks such as Parenteral Drug, Rajvir Ind, Aditya Birla Retail, BEML Land Assets and A G Universal, touched their fresh 52-week lows.

    Overall, 41 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 9 closed in the red.

    In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, Tata Motors, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv and ONGC were among top gainers during the day, while Coal India Ltd, Adani Ent., Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddys and Britannia ended in the red.

    The BSE Sensex closed 709.96 points up at 61764.25.

    Traders piled up positions in Telecommunications, Cables, Auto, NBFC and Airlines sectors, while selling was witnessed in Rubber, Media & Entertainment, Agro Processing, Mining and Consumer Durables sectors during the day.
