The body of a woman was found close to where she was last seen more than one month earlier, authorities said.

Amanda Brooke Karraker, who had been missing since April 1, was found on May 5 on Sturgis Road in Rock Hill, the York County Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release. There was no indication of foul play.

According to deputies, Karraker was last seen on New Sugaree Town Drive, which is close to the area where her body was discovered. The sheriff’s office believes Karraker left the home between 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. after getting into an argument.
