NEW DELHI: Two men were apprehended in west Delhi for allegedly stalking and harassing the wife of IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders captain Nitish Rana, police said.
According to Ghanshyam Bansal, deputy commissioner of police (west), a complaint was received at Kirti Nagar police station via email at around 8:30pm on Thursday.

The complainant reported that while driving back to her home in her car with her driver from Chhatarpur, she was stopped at a red light in Kirti Nagar area. At that moment, two people crossed her car at high speed and abruptly stopped in front of it.
They proceeded to stare at her and forcefully hit her car with their hands. On Saturday, the police registered a case under sections 354, 354D, 427, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code at Kirti Nagar police station.
The charges include assault or criminal force against a woman with the intention to outrage her modesty, stalking, mischief causing damage worth fifty rupees, and punishment for criminal intimidation.
During the investigation, CCTV footage of the area was analysed and the accused were identified as Chaitnaya Shivam (18), a resident of Pandav Nager, and Vivek (18), a resident of Patel Nagar, he said.
The accused were arrested from their residences and further investigation is in progress, the DCP said.
A purported video of the incident is surfacing on social media where two persons are seen on a motorcycle following the victim's car. However, PTI could not independently verify the veracity of the video.
