India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar greeted the Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari with a "Namastey" as he arrived at the SCO conclave.

Visuals showed the Jaishankar greeting Zardari in Indian tradition with a "Namastey", avoiding a handshake. However, it is to be noted that he did not shake hands with anyone else too.

Jaishankar seemed to give a cold shoulder to the Pakistan minister, with no smiles and a photo op that was finished as quickly as possible.

The channel of finances for terrorist activities must be blocked without any distinction and terrorism in all its forms, including cross-border terrorism, must be stopped, Jaishankar said, in a hidden attack to Pakistan in Bhutto's presence.
