Police: Man shot and killed 19-year-old woman, himself in Northside

A man and woman are dead following an apparent homicide-suicide in Northside on Thursday afternoon, according to Cincinnati police.
Police said officers responded around 4:37 p.m. to a report of two people shot in the 4200 block of Chambers Street − a quiet residential side street lined with two-story, painted brick houses.
Dayshawn Blair, 22, died at the scene, police said, and a 19-year-old woman, whose identity hasn't been released, was taken by the Cincinnati Fire Department to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where she died of her injuries shortly after she arrived.
The shooting is being investigated by detectives and the Hamilton County Coroner's Office as a homicide-suicide, police said, noting Blair's injuries were self-inflicted.
