Shocking video caught on cam: Uttarakhand Minister and supporters assault man in broad daylight

In a shocking video from Uttarakhand, cabinet minister Prem Chand Aggarwal is seen slapping a man in broad light in a busy road of Rishikesh. Apart from the minister, his supporters, and the guards are also seen assaulting the man. The incident happened on Tuesday. An FIR was registered on the incident at Rishikesh police station.
