Herbal company manager held for sexually harassing women in Telangana

HYDERABAD: KPHB police arrested manager of a herbal products company for harassing his women clients. Accused Chandrasekhar, who belongs to Nanakramguda, is a native of Vijayawada.
Recently, a woman lodged a complaint alleging that Chandrasekhar has been stalking her and subjecting her to sexual harassment.
During the investigation, police found out the accused's criminal history. "Chandrasekhar collects phone numbers of women customers who approach his company for herbal products mostly items for weight loss. He then tries to lure by contacting them regularly," KPHB inspector B Kishan Kumar said.
Police said Chandrasekhar made nude video calls to women and made some women to call him nude. He would then recorded the calls to blackmail them. "An attempt to murder case was filed against Chandrasekhar at Raidurgam police a few months ago. We have registered a case under sections 354-A (sexual harassment) and 354-D (stalking) of the IPC," the inspector said.
