“Sharad Pawar should take back his resignation…” PC Chacko after meeting NCP leader

NCP leaders staged a protest in Mumbai on May 04. The protest was over Sharad Pawar’s announcement to step down as NCP President. NCP vice president Praful Patel and PC Chacko met NCP Chief Sharad Pawar. After meeting Sharad Pawar, PC Chacko said he should return his resignation. PC Chacko said, “Yesterday, I met Sharad Pawar. Today, the Kerala forest minister met Pawar to give the opinion of Kerala Pradesh Committee. We have only one opinion that he (Sharad Pawar) is the National President, he is not just Maharashtra president of NCP. The work he started he should continue. To continue the work, he should take his resignation back.”
