Germany shows trade surplus of Є16.7B in March, largest surplus since Feb 2021

Germany recorded a trade surplus of Є16.70B in March of 2023.

This is above the consensus figure of Є16.10B.

It was the largest trade surplus since February 2021, as exports fell less than imports. 

March exports declined 5.2% M/M; while imports dropped more than exports by 6.4% M/M.
