Meet Shikhar Malhotra, CEO of HCL Healthcare, sports aficionado

Shikhar Malhotra is the CEO and vice-chairman of HCL Healthcare. He is also the Director of HCL Corporation, the holdco for HCL’s operating companies and a Director on the HCLTech board. He is married to Roshni Nadar, one of India's richest women.

Malhotra is also the trustee of the Shiv Nadar foundation. He is the chairman of the Shiv Nadar School.

Shikhar Malhotra comes from an entrepreneurial family. He studied entrepreneurship at America's Babson College. He is currently a member of the Global Advisory board.

He loves sports, especially football and cycling.

Committed to wildlife and conservation, Shikhar co-founded The Habitats Trust in 2018 with his wife Roshni Nadar Malhotra. He is the Trustee of the Habitats Trust, which works with conservationists securing India’s natural habitats and their indigenous species.

Roshni Nadar Malhotra is the Chairperson of HCLTech.
