Man arrested for raping minor stepdaughter

Coimbatore: Police on Monday arrested a 41-year-old man for sexually assaulting his 17-year-old stepdaughter. He had been sexually assaulting her since July 2016. She did not reveal her plight to anyone as he had threatened her. The couple had parted ways last year and the girl opened up to her mother about the sexual assault, a few days ago. Thudiyalur all women police registered a case under the Pocso Act and arrested the accused. TNN
