Floods, heavy rains kill at least 55 in Rwanda – state broadcaster

NAIROBI (Reuters) – Floods and heavy rains have killed at least 55 people in western Rwanda, the state-run broadcaster said on Wednesday.

The Rwanda Broadcasting Agency had a video clip on its Twitter account showing muddy water running along a road and houses the fast-moving water had destroyed.
