This is with reference to Exchange circular no. 20230419-43 related to Dissemination of Indicative Close Value of Indices. Based on feedback from market participants requesting more time to get their systems developed to receive and display the indicative close values of S&P BSE SENSEX and S&P BSE BANKEX on their trading application, it has been decided to extend the date of making the proposed enhancement available in the live environment.

In view of this, the effective date of making the proposed enhancement live shall be Monday, June 05, 2023 onwards, instead of the earlier proposed date of Monday, May 08, 2023. Further, it will be enabled during the mock trading session scheduled on Saturday, June 03, 2023 to familiarise market participants about the working of the enhancement.

Market participants are requested to note the revised date and make necessary changes/ implementation to display indicative close values in their respective systems by the above-mentioned date.
