Rahul Gandhi on Monday appealed to people to elect Congress with a minimum of 150 seats without giving a split verdict as BJP may try again to form the government using its “corrupt money amassed by 40% commission.”
Addressing a a public meeting held at Chamarajanagar, Rahul Gandhi sought voters to give 40 seats to BJP as it indulged in rampant corruption and ran the government with a 40% commission. Rahul chided PM
Narendra Modi who is often visiting the state for campaigning. “PM is not speaking about state BJP’s achievements and keeping mum on state government’s corruption,” he said.
Accusing the PM of not speaking about the corruption of his own party MLA’s son, Rahul said, “Even the PM is silent on scams of state government with regard to recruitment of assistant professors, junior engineers, and police sub-inspectors.”
“People must elect Congress for the future of their children,” Rahul added.
