JAIPUR: The state
BJP would organise special programmes and invite people to listen to the 100th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly radio broadcast ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on Sunday.
To make the experience memorable, BJP leaders have booked the famous Raj Mandir cinema hall and other multiplexes in the city. The party also has set up over 50,000 venues, including public places, community centres and government buildings, where it plans to gather people to make them listen to the PM’s broadcast along with BJP workers and senior leaders.
According to the programme schedules decided by the party, BJP state president CP Joshi will be at Pathmeda Gaushala at Sanchore to listen to the broadcast. Other senior BJP leaders will be present at places assigned to them by the party, said sources.
As part of the initiative to celebrate the occasion, the Centre has selected certain themes from the broadcast. As Chittorgarh Fort in Rajasthan is one of those sites, preparations were in full swing on its premises on Saturday. TNN
